Move through a gentle warmup to support body awareness and focus your mind. Make your way into standing postures to promote balance, alignment, flexibility, and strength. Find a flow between postures to unite breath with movement.

Expect a dynamic warm-up, light weight work, and key exercises to strengthen + awaken the small stabilizing muscles in our thighs and glutes.

We’ll use a variety of props, as well as the stability of the barres, to work every part of our bodies.
