Studio Policies

Please keep in mind that by using our website or app and taking classes, you are agreeing to the studio policies as specified below.

Parking.  Parking at the building is FREE for your convenience. During evening classes you are welcome to park on the upper-level mezzanine attached to the building or in the covered or uncovered parking area below. For morning classes, please only park in the uncovered visitor stalls on the lower level. Also, please “barre” in mind that the studio will not be liable for damage or theft to vehicles.

Late Entry.  If you know that you will be late to class, please reach out to one of us through the app or by text so we know to expect you! We recommend coming in about 10 minutes early to get settled into your space and to find parking. Proper warm-up is very important, so we are happy to let you into class no more than 5 minutes after start time. For your safety, the doors may be locked if you are more than 5 minutes late.

If you are brand new, we ask that you come to class about 10 minutes before class start time to get acquainted with the parking and studio. Your teacher will be able to greet you and gather any information he/she needs before you jump into class.

Leaving Early.  We understand that things come up and you still want to make your favorite class so we are flexible with leaving early. We ask that you notify your instructor if you will need to leave early, but please don’t leave during final Savasana – this is where the work really sets in! (and to avoid distracting your fellow students during this important time)

Class Reservations. Please reserve your class ahead of time to guarantee you a spot and to let us know you’ll be there! You can reserve directly on our website or on our Breathe Yoga + Barre app. Sometimes classes fill up so make sure to book early.

Class Cancelations. We’re so excited to have waitlisted classes! We want to be sure that everyone on the waitlist has a chance to get into class. If you need to cancel your class reservation, PLEASE cancel ahead of time to open up your spot to others (6 hours for evening classes and 12 hours for morning classes). We apologize, but all late cancels will be charged a fee of $10 and no-shows will be charged a fee of $20. Class cancelations are done through the app or through your account on the website as there is no guarantee we will receive your message in time! If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to us about your cancelation – we’re happy to help.

Personal Belongings. For your safety and to keep the studio space distraction-free, we ask that no cell phones or bags are stored in the practice space. A space is provided for you in the mauve room to store your personal belongings during class.

Membership Sales. All sales are final. Please be mindful of any expiration dates listed on class packages as classes will be forfeited if not used within the specified amount of time. If you have an extenuating circumstance please come and talk to us!

Membership Holds. Our Teal, Mauve and Pearl members receive one complimentary 30-day hold each calendar year. Please note that the 30-day hold will extend your membership expiration date by the same amount of time.

Membership Contracts. We offer the option to choose any membership at a discounted rate if you commit to a 12-month agreement with us! Once your agreement is up, your membership will continue on a monthly basis until you cancel. Once you are on a month-to-month basis, you may be subject to any membership price increases (with at least 30-day notice for rate increases) but will be given the option to re-commit to a 12-month agreement to keep your discounted rate.

Membership Cancelations. Memberships must be canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. If you are in a contract agreement and choose to cancel your membership prior to the expiration date of your agreement, a $250 fee will be assessed if the cancelation is not related to:

1. Relocation – relocating more than a 12-mile radius from the studio (with proof of relocating)

2. Medical injury with doctor’s note

3. Active military duty

In the case of the 3 situations listed above, your agreement can be canceled without penalty.

Please note that after canceling a membership at a discounted rate, you will be subject to the then-current membership rate if you choose to re-join.

Membership Cancelation Process. Below is the 3-step process required for all membership cancelations. All 3 steps must be completed prior to your membership being canceled by Breathe Yoga + Barre:

1. Submit notice in writing at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle

2. Schedule a 1-on-1 meeting with a team member to set up your cancelation (either by phone or in person)

3. Fill out and submit our cancelation form
