Spend time perfecting your form in each posture, creating strength and mindfulness.

You’ll move slowly through each posture, focusing on healthy spine and joint alignment to prevent injury.

Hatha is perfect for beginners and also for more advanced yogis who want to focus on their form!

All about Support

Aerial Yoga: A class focused on perfect alignment in your yoga postures, using the aerial hammock for support as a prop. (and you might even get upside down to lengthen your spine!)

Aerial Restore: A gentle class performed on the floor with lots of props, using the aerial hammock for support and range of motion. A great one if you’re new to aerial or need some nervous system support.
