Our barre classes use movements from the original Lotte Berk method to work your body from head to toe (those tiny 1-inch movements are killer!). We strive to protect the body’s core by activating it in every movement. You’ll receive individual attention in every class so that you can leave class knowing you did the best thing for your body.
We move from beginning to end using high-energy music and build strength using our body weight and light weights. There’s a reason dancers look so fit!
